Are these genuine UGG boots?
All of our boots are genuine Australian brands. They are made from 100% Australian sheepskin & wool products. Yet, we are NOT the American’s Decker Company “UGG AUSTRALIA” and we do not sell their boots.
How long does it take to delivery to overseas?
For United Kingdom and Ireland, it normally takes 5-10 business days excluding weekends. For Europe and Rest of the world, it usually requires 3-10 business days excluding weekends.
How do I track my items?
We send our domestic parcels either by Australian Post or CouriersPlease. We send all of our international parcels by Australian Post.

Can I swap to another sizes or different styles if I purchased the wrong size?
We do not normally give refunds but do exchanges under the following conditions:
• The item is unworn and brand new
• The exchange item is within 7 days of receiving date
• The item is returned with the proof of the purchase /original sale receipt
For international buyers, please contact us before sending the boots back to pay for the resend postage fee. Please send us an email before posting us back the boots including the following information:
1. Your name
2. Your address
3. Your contact phone
4. Order number (you can find the number in “user centre” ->“order tracking” after you login)
5. Reason for exchanging boots
a. Wrong size
c. Others (please specify)
6. A proof of the purchase/ original receipt

For Domestic buyers, you can exchange the boots using the above method. Or you can take the boots to our store located in Sydney with your proof of the purchase/ original receipt.
